Welcoming Debbie Phua: A New Leader in Corporate Strategy at A2K Group

Join us in welcoming Debbie Phua who just joined A2K Group as the Head of Corporate Strategy, under the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Military Domain Expert Scheme (MDES) Attachment and Continuous Education (ACE) Program.
In the SAF, she is an Army Engineer with more than 14 years of experience in leading teams, and had recently completed her Commanding Officer tour. During her six months with A2K Group, she will be working closely with our Executive Team to develop a tech and global expansion strategy. Debbie holds a Master of Science degree in Systems and Project Management (with Certificate of Excellence) and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Nanyang Technological University, as well as a Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic. During her career in the SAF, she managed numerous projects and systems, and gained experience in organisational strategic planning. Debbie was also awarded the MDES Sword of Honour in 2011 and received two Merit Essay awards during her Command and Staff Course in 2021 at Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College.
